Norman Ballance III
was born on June 20, 1943 and joined the Armed Forces while in JACKSONVILLE, FL. He served as a 82C20 in the Army. In 1 year of service, he attained the rank of SP5/E5. On March 21, 1967, at the age of 23, he perished in the service of our country in South Vietnam, Tay Ninh.
Just as you will be remembered by those that knew and loved you, you will be remembered as our Brother in Arms here at our 2/77 Site. Rest in Peace, brother!
